“Who am I beyond the game?”
Life After The Final Whistle is a real conversation about identity, transition, mental performance, leadership, and creating your next chapter after sports.
Hosted through Coffee + Connections, this Momentum House experience brings together former athletes, professionals, entrepreneurs, leaders, and community members for conversations that go deeper than highlights and championships.

All Access: The Front Office
College athletics is changing faster than most organizations can keep up with.
New pressures. New expectations. New decisions — with less clarity and less time than ever before.
The leaders navigating this aren't waiting for a playbook. They're building one in real time. That's exactly what Life Inside the Front Office is designed to explore.
On April 29th, Canvas Firm is hosting a live conversation — bringing together practitioners who are actually living this:
Our featured speakers will be:
🎙 Dr. Nicole Levering — Director of Athletics, Georgia Highlands College
🎙 Marcus Hilliard — Executive Associate Athletics Director / Chief of Staff, University of Tennessee
Moderated by:
🎙 Dr. Jeremy C. Hudson — Chief Strategist & Leadership Scientist, Canvas Firm
This isn't a panel of talking heads. It's a real conversation about how leaders are thinking, adapting, and operating when the environment keeps shifting.
If you work in college athletics — or care about leadership and performance in high-pressure environments — this one is for you.

Culture is The Strategy
College athletics is changing rapidly—and misalignment, not talent, is often what undermines culture and performance. This session reframes culture as the operating system of the department: the invisible infrastructure that drives decisions, leadership behaviors, trust, and results across coaches, staff, and student-athletes. Grounded in Whole Person Leadership, administrators learn how to move from personality-driven leadership to principle-driven alignment, creating clarity, consistency, and credibility that stabilizes culture and sustains performance in an era of constant disruption.
