Canvas Firm is a human-centered performance company built on the proprietary Whole Person Leadership (WPL) framework — five domains: Purpose, Emotional, Physical, Cognitive, Relational. We work with athletic departments, front offices, conferences, coaches, universities, and enterprise teams to build leadership capacity through the Momentum Assessment and personalized development pathways.
We're building out our Growth & Performance coach bench and looking for a coach ready to deliver assessment-driven coaching, facilitation, and retreats for clients in Sports & Entertainment and/or Higher Education & Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver individual and team Momentum Assessment debriefs, helping clients understand their Momentum identity across the five WPL domains
Provide 1:1 and cohort executive/leadership coaching, personalized by Momentum type
Facilitate Leadership Development Pathway content via Momentum Academy, organized by career stage (new leader, experienced leader, executive)
Facilitate in-person Retreats & Facilitated Experiences for intact teams
Complete Momentum certification before delivering independently; maintain WPL delivery standards
Qualifications
Background in coaching, sports psychology, athletic administration, player development, organizational development, HR/talent management, higher education leadership, or a related field
Direct experience in or deep familiarity with sports & entertainment culture (athletic departments, front offices, coaching staffs) and/or higher education/enterprise leadership environments
Professional coaching certification (ICF or equivalent) preferred
Comfortable delivering both 1:1 coaching and group facilitation
Track record of building trust quickly with leaders and intact teams
Compensation
Contractor (1099) — rate discussed during the interview process based on experience and engagement type.
