You have been
doing the work.
Now lead it.
Emerge is the leadership development track of Momentum House Academy — built for emerging leaders who are deep in their career or business and ready for what comes next. One cohort. Two routes. Twelve weeks.
You walk in as a leader.
You walk out with a
roadmap.
Emerge is not for people who are just starting out. It is for people who have been in it — managing teams, building businesses, climbing inside organizations — and are now standing at an inflection point. You are good at what you do. The question is where you go from here and how you lead at the next level.
By graduation you will have named your leadership identity, mapped your specific context, built your culture and people leadership approach, developed your strategy for the next level, and presented a living leadership roadmap that is specific, honest, and built to actually be used. That is not a credential. That is clarity. The credential is what you carry out of the room.
The program alternates between Friday group sessions with your full cohort and private coaching sessions with a coach matched to your route — every other week for twelve weeks. Our inaugural cohort is fully covered. The $1,297 value is on us.
Every graduate receives a physical and digital leadership certificate — LinkedIn-ready and backed by organizational leadership expertise.
Your coach is matched to your route. Intrapreneur participants work with coaches who have led inside organizations. Entrepreneur participants work with coaches who have built and scaled businesses.
You are in the same room as both routes for most of the program — and pulled apart in Sessions 2 and 4 for context-specific work. The cross-route perspective sharpens both.
Your graduation deliverable is a living leadership roadmap — identity, current reality, the next level, a 90-day plan, and accountability structure. Presented live. Built to use.
Find your route.
Both routes share the same 12-week structure and coaching model. The foundation is the same. The context is yours. Pick the route that matches where you lead.
One cohort.
Two routes.
Every week.
Group Fridays and coaching weeks alternate throughout the 12 weeks. You are always either in community or in private conversation. Sessions 2 and 4 pull the routes apart for context-specific work — then the cohort comes back together. Your coach is matched to your route from day one.
What you cover.
Six sessions over twelve weeks. Two of them pull the routes apart for context-specific work. The rest build the leadership foundation that belongs to everyone in the room. Click each session to see what is covered.
Before strategy, before skill-building, before the roadmap — there is identity. This session grounds the cohort in who they are as a leader beneath the title, the role, and the resume. The WPL assessment debrief surfaces where participants are across all five domains. The leadership identity audit surfaces what they uniquely carry and what leadership means to them specifically — not generically. The cohort covenant is signed together. One community. Two routes. One standard.
Intrapreneur route: The foundation is set — now the cohort splits to go deep on the organizational landscape each participant is actually operating in. Org landscape mapping, leading without authority, managing up, navigating culture, and the real dynamics of influence inside an organization. Deliverable: organizational landscape map.
Entrepreneur route: A leadership gap audit surfaces exactly where the business currently needs leadership capabilities the founder does not yet fully have. The founder identity shift — from builder to leader, from doing to directing. Team dynamics and the culture being created intentionally or not. Deliverable: leadership gap audit.
Every emerging leader eventually faces the same truth: your growth ceiling is your people ceiling. This session addresses the relational domain of leadership directly — how you build teams, how you create culture, how you communicate, how you handle conflict, and how you develop the people around you. Both routes are together here because the principles of people leadership are universal even when the context differs.
Intrapreneur route: Influence mapping, personal brand inside the organization, and a concrete 90-day leadership strategy. How to move strategically inside a company — identifying where influence lives, how to build proximity to it, and how to position for what comes next. Deliverable: influence map + 90-day leadership strategy.
Entrepreneur route: Building the leadership infrastructure that allows a business to scale without the founder as the bottleneck. Delegation as a leadership skill, the CEO mindset shift, and building the next level of the team. Deliverable: leadership infrastructure plan — what gets built, delegated, and systemized in the next 90 days.
The most technically skilled leaders often fail because of emotional and relational blind spots they never named. This session goes inward — not as a therapy exercise but as a leadership performance investment. Emotional intelligence as a leadership capability, how you show up under pressure, the blind spots the people around you already see, and the personal leadership edge that is most distinctly yours when you are at your best. Capstone preparation begins: participants receive the roadmap template and start drafting.
This is not a class. It is a demonstration of leadership clarity. Every participant presents their leadership roadmap live — to the cohort and invited guests. The roadmap contains five components: leadership identity, honest current reality, a specific picture of the next level, a 90-day action plan, and an accountability structure. It is not aspirational. It is built to actually be used. The certificate follows. The work starts the next day.
