In just 12 weeks Amplified helps you refine what you already have, polish what needs sharpening, and build the infrastructure to take it somewhere real.
By graduation you will have a signature story written and rehearsed, a confidence framework you can return to before any stage, a visibility strategy built around your strengths, proof you have already shown up — one workshop completed, one application submitted — and a 10-minute signature talk delivered live to a real room. That is not a certificate. That is a body of work. The certificate is the proof you did it.

The rhythm is simple and intentional. Group Fridays and coaching weeks alternate throughout the 12 weeks — so you are always either in community or in conversation. Never more than two weeks without a touchpoint.

You have been in front of rooms before. You are not starting from zero. What you need is to sharpen the message, refine the delivery, deepen the confidence, and build the platform that puts you in front of the right rooms consistently. Amplified takes what you already have and makes it undeniable.
Before you can own a room, you have to own your story. This session grounds the cohort in identity — who you are beneath the title, what you uniquely carry, and why you are the right person to say what you have to say. Members complete the Speaker Identity Audit and draft their first speaker bio.
Your story is not your biography — it is your most powerful business and brand tool. This session teaches the signature story framework: The Moment, The Struggle, The Shift, and The Invitation. Members write and share their signature story draft, receive peer feedback, and leave with a LinkedIn overhaul assignment.
This is the first live speaking session — and everyone knows it going in. The anxiety is real and it is useful. Members learn the fundamentals of voice, body language, and structure, then every person in the cohort delivers a live 3-minute talk. Structured peer feedback follows each speaker. No spectators.
Imposter syndrome is not a personality flaw — it is a thinking pattern, and thinking patterns can be changed. This session gives members the tools to recognize, interrupt, and replace the beliefs keeping them small. Members complete the Confidence Inventory and build their personal Authority Anchors — the truth they return to every time the imposter voice gets loud.
Being great is not enough — being known is the work. This session builds each member's visibility strategy: one platform, one content format, one consistent rhythm. Members also identify their stage opportunity and must submit at least one speaking application before graduation. A curated list of opportunities is provided by the Academy.
This is not a class. It is a ceremony. Every member delivers their 10-minute signature talk live — to the cohort and invited guests. The room witnesses it. The certificate follows. Before taking the stage, each member must have completed at least one workshop or session and submitted at least one stage application. No exceptions. No talk, no certificate.

What this takes.
There is no cost for the inaugural cohort. But there is a commitment. Read these requirements before you apply.
Friday at 12PM or Saturday at 12PM — choose one and commit to it for all six sessions. September 1 through November 10.
On coaching weeks your assigned coach meets with you privately — 30 to 45 minutes, virtual, on a schedule that works for both of you. These alternate with your Friday group sessions throughout the 12 weeks.
All six sections completed and submitted before graduation. The between-session work is where transformation actually happens.
A live 10-minute signature talk delivered to the cohort and invited guests at Session 6. No talk, no certificate.
Before graduation you must conduct at least one online or in-person session, workshop, or facilitated conversation — in any setting. Proof required.
Before graduation you must submit at least one application to a speaking opportunity. A curated list is provided. Proof of submission required.
