About the Role
As a Leadership Solutions Consultant, you will play a key role in business development and leadership consulting. This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work remotely while engaging with corporate leaders and executives to sell leadership solutions and support leadership development projects.
What You’ll Do
🔹 Identify and connect with HR leaders, executives, and corporate decision-makers to sell LPR assessments and Power Boost workshops.
🔹 Build and maintain long-term client relationships and drive strategic sales initiatives.
🔹 Support leadership development consulting projects, including client engagement strategies and facilitation.
🔹 Manage and track your sales pipeline, ensuring continuous growth and new client acquisition.
🔹 Participate in weekly strategy calls and training sessions to refine sales techniques and leadership consulting expertise.Who We’re Looking For
✅ 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, HR, leadership development, or consulting.
✅ Proven track record of closing deals and managing executive-level relationships.
✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✅ Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for leadership development.

About the Center for Leadership Excellence
The Center for Leadership Excellence (CLE) at Canvas Firm is dedicated to developing transformative leaders through innovative assessments, high-impact coaching, and interactive learning experiences. Our faculty consists of leadership experts, facilitators, and executive coaches committed to delivering world-class leadership development programs.
About the Role
As a Leadership Faculty/Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering leadership development programs through the Center for Leadership Excellence. You will facilitate Leadership Power Rating (LPR) debriefs, Power Boost workshops, and/orexecutive coaching sessions that empower leaders at all levels to enhance their effectiveness and drive organizational success.
What You’ll Do
🔹 Facilitate high-impact leadership training workshops focused on emotional intelligence, executive presence, and transformational leadership.
🔹 Conduct LPR debriefs to help individuals and organizations assess and improve leadership effectiveness.
🔹 Work with HR leaders and executives to tailor leadership development solutions to organizational needs.
🔹 Provide one-on-one and group coaching to help leaders enhance their skills and decision-making.
🔹 Stay informed on the latest leadership trends and best practices to continuously elevate training experiences.Who We’re Looking For
✅ 5+ years of experience in leadership development, executive coaching, corporate training, or consulting.
✅ Certified in coaching, facilitation, or leadership assessments (preferred).
✅ Strong presentation and communication skills to engage executive and mid-level leadership audiences.
✅ Experience in designing and delivering interactive leadership training experiences.
